⚡ Core Use Cases

🔧
Autonomous Software Engineering
Self-Coding OS
The system reads its own modules, edits them via edit_module, and verifies through a terminal — enabling recursive self-improvement. It can design, write, register, and test code without human intervention.
Example Request
"I need a new module that monitors my Hyperliquid portfolio and sends a summary to my VFS news log every 4 hours."
How it works
The AI plans the module architecture → writes the code to VFS → registers it in the module loader → runs test_module to validate → fixes errors if found → deploys. The entire cycle is autonomous and logged in the memory graph for future reference.
🧠
Complex Research & Knowledge Synthesis
Memory Graph · Neural VFS
With the Memory Graph and Neural VFS, the system doesn't just "search" — it understands the relationship between concepts. It traverses entity→fact edges to find contradictions or patterns across hundreds of files that keyword search would miss.
Example Request
"Analyze all project files from the last 3 versions, identify architectural drift in the memory system, and propose a consolidated schema."
How it works
The system uses nvfs_resolve to semantically locate relevant files across the VFS, then queries the Memory Graph to trace how entities and their relationships have changed over versions. It cross-references the World Model for module history, identifies inconsistencies, and produces a structured diff report with proposed fixes.
📈
DeFi Trading Orchestration
VaultMind · Hyperliquid
Integration with VaultMind and Hyperliquid allows it to act as a sophisticated trading agent with an integrated "brain." It combines real-time API data with internal logic and execution — all in one loop.
Example Request
"Monitor ETH funding rate. If it exceeds 0.01%, check my portfolio balance, predict hedge task duration, and execute the trade if confidence is >80%."
How it works
The agent calls vaultmind_query (prices endpoint) for live funding rates → wallet_lookup for portfolio state → predict_task to estimate execution time and confidence → if the confidence threshold is met, it executes via VaultMind's copy-trade or direct API. The entire decision tree is logged in the memory graph as a transaction record.

System Administration & Digital Twin
World Model · Telemetry
The World Model gives the AI a "God View" of its own health, modules, and resources. It knows exactly how many modules are loaded, which are failing, and how much latency tools are introducing.
Example Request
"Perform a full system audit. Identify unused 'cold' modules bloating the core-bundle and suggest which to prune to improve boot time."
How it works
The agent calls world_model_query for a full system summary → get_dashboard_data for telemetry → list_available_modules to compare loaded vs. registry → cross-references tool latency from get_usage_stats → produces a "Module Heatmap" identifying hot (frequently used) vs. cold (rarely used) modules with a pruning recommendation.
🌍
Interactive Simulation & World Building
Persistent State · Multi-Agent
The system sustains a "world state" that persists across sessions via VFS + Memory Graph. It can spawn multiple agents with different roles, let them interact, and record the emergent social graph.
Example Request
"Create a simulated economy in the VFS. Define 5 agents with different goals, let them trade 'credits' via a custom module, and record the social graph in memgraph."
How it works
The system uses spawn_agent to create 5 worker agents with distinct roles (trader, banker, auditor, etc.) → each agent runs its own loop with VFS file access → delegate_task distributes work → create_mindmap visualizes the economy → all transactions and relationships are stored in the Memory Graph as edges → state persists in VFS across sessions for long-term evolution.
📚
Skill Creation & Institutional Memory
Self-Teaching · 39 Skills
The system creates reusable "skills" from completed tasks — YAML-frontmatter Markdown files stored in the VFS. Each skill captures a workflow, pattern, or lesson learned, making the system smarter over time.
Example Request
"After deploying the cron monitor, save the deployment process as a skill so future deployments follow the same pattern."
How it works
After completing a complex task, the agent calls create_skill with a structured Markdown document (YAML frontmatter + steps) → the skill is indexed by load_skills for future retrieval → when a similar task is requested, the system searches relevant skills and applies the learned pattern → skills accumulate as institutional memory, reducing repetition and improving quality.
