## Architectural Notes
- A2A is **brokerless** — no central dispatcher, agents coordinate via shared
  scratchpad file. This was a spec violation before this session, now resolved.
- Shadow VFS tracks all file writes — useful for telemetry hook design later.
- Module edits go to `/_mods/` (local), reload to pull from original URL.

## User Preferences Observed
- Likes terse, well-structured responses with tables
- Appreciates "real" verification (actual command output, not "should work")
- Comfortable with delegation to kimi-k7 for routine fixes
- Prefers depth over breadth when debugging
